Kickstart Your Day: After a delicious breakfast, our adventure begins at 10:00 am.
Sangam Confluence: Witness the stunning meeting point of the Indus and Zanskar Rivers — a perfect spot to relax and take in the views.
Magnetic Hill: Stop for a quick photo op and experience the optical illusion that makes vehicles appear to roll uphill.
Pathar Sahib Gurudwara: Visit this sacred Sikh shrine, soak in its peaceful vibes, and enjoy a soulful langar (community meal) for an early lunch.
Leh War Memorial: Pay tribute to the bravery of the Indian Armed Forces and immerse yourself in their incredible stories of valor.

Exclusions

Airfare & Train Tickets: Travel expenses to and from Leh.
Lunches: Midday meals are not included in the package.
Personal Expenses: Shopping, tips, laundry, and extra beverages.
Adventure Activities: Any optional activities such as camel safari, ATV rides, or river rafting.
Travel Insurance: Participants are advised to get their own travel insurance.
Medical Expenses: Any costs incurred due to personal health issues.
Extra Transport Costs: Any additional transport outside the itinerary.
Vehicle Damage or Penalties: Any damage to the vehicle due to negligence or traffic fines.
Any Unforeseen Expenses: Costs due to natural calamities, roadblocks, or other circumstances beyond control.

Payment Policy

To confirm your booking, a 50% advance payment is required at the time of reservation.
The remaining 50% must be paid 15 days prior to departure.
For last-minute bookings (within 15 days of departure), 100% payment is required upfront.
Payment can be made via bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit cards, or cash.

Refund Policy

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
If the trip is canceled by the organizer due to natural disasters, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.
No refunds for unused services during the trip (meals, transport, activities, etc.).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before the trip start date: Full refund minus processing fees.
Cancellations made 15-29 days before the trip start date: 50% refund.
Cancellations made 7-14 days before the trip start date: 25% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the trip start date: No refund.
No refunds will be provided for no-shows or early departures.
